The weekly rig count comes from Baker Hughes, Inc., and I research the individual wells on the web site of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources. Most wells are classified as Haynesville, but I make some judgment calls about wells classified as Jurassic or Cotton Valley that might be applicable.
Baker Hughes releases the information around noon central time on Friday. I try to get the rig count list up in the afternoon but it depends on my availability.
